It's a large-volume pre-mixed that's bursting with tastes of the Christmas time, making it ideal for hosting a celebration. Any leftover citrus syrup you can use for morning drinks, desserts, or to make another batch of bikinis.
Bikini Recipe
Serves 10 guests
To make the Clementine Cordial (makes 750ml)
300ml newly squeezed clementine juice
200ml newly squeezed lemon juice
500g granulated sugar
Ingredients for the Cocktail (makes 850ml, to serve 10)
400ml premium vodka
100ml classic gin
150ml peach-flavored liqueur
200ml citrus syrup (see above)
Whole cranberries, to garnish
Mandarin essential oil, for finishing
Instructions
For the Cordial: Combine the listed components inside a pan, bring to a simmer, stirring so the sugar melts. After that, turn off the burner and let it to cool down completely. Pour to a clean bottle, cap it and refrigerate it in the fridge, where it will keep for up to four weeks.
To make Batch Mix: Mix the specified liquid ingredients into one large bottle, allow it to infuse for one hour, then strain best through a fine cloth, so it's perfectly clear.
For serving: Measure 85ml of your premix into your cocktail shaker packed with ice, and agitate lightly for about 60 seconds until cold. Pour to a cold coupe glass or equivalent, garnish with the cranberries adding the final touch using a brief mist of mandarin oil above the glass.
